Privacy Policy
Last updated April 25, 2026. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
1. Data we collect
Account data. Name, email, and profile information you provide when signing up.
Customer data. Lists, columns, and rows you upload or generate using the Service.
Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic events used to improve the Service.
Billing data. Handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use data
We use your data to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate you; provide support; bill you for paid plans; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI and third-party processors
When you use AI columns, the prompt and referenced row values are sent to the AI provider you selected (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). When you bring your own key (BYOK), the request is made under your account with that provider.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers — including Neon (database), Cloudflare (compute and storage), Upstash (queues and cache), and Vercel (hosting). A current list is available on request from privacy@revinnova.pro.
5. Data retention
We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active. After termination you have 30 days to export your data; afterwards it may be permanently deleted from our active systems and removed from backups within 90 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@revinnova.pro.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in regions other than your own. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses to protect international transfers.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please report any concerns to security@revinnova.pro.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
