Terms of Service

Last updated April 25, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of RevInnova.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the RevInnova platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. The service

RevInnova provides AI-native go-to-market tooling, including list management, data enrichment, and workflow automation. We may add, remove, or change features over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on third-party rights, send unsolicited bulk communications, or interfere with the Service’s operation. Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice for renewals.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes and post the updated version here with a new effective date.
